Registration Fees

There is no charge for public sector attendees. For other attendees the fees are:

Private sector: $300 for both days or $200 for one day

Student: $150. Student fee is waived if the student is selected to present a poster

Sponsorship Opportunities

We invite companies and organizations to sponsor the 2025 NYSAMPO Conference. The conference is expected to attract more than 200 participants from MPOs, New York State DOT, FHWA, FTA, MPO member agencies, and consultants and other partners. This will provide you with a great opportunity to network with all of these planners in one place, renew acquaintances, and make new ones. Please see the link below for sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship payments are due by April 18, 2025.

Call for Posters

Do you have a noteworthy practice, interesting approach, or research you want to share with your planning and/or transportation colleagues? You are invited to submit a poster proposal that would be of interest to professionals from MPOs, state and federal agencies, consultants, and other planning partners.

Poster submissions are due by March 28, 2025.
